ORDER PROCESSING

The time it takes to prepare an order for shipping (delivery) is 3-7 business days, but due to the large number of orders, this period could increase to 21 business days.

But usually, we are doing everything possible to send your order ASAP. Please note that we prepare and ship orders on BUSINESS days from Monday to Friday, which does not include weekends. Saturday and Sunday are not counted as part of shipping days. Also, we want you to know that sending, preparing, and shipping (delivery) are 2 different processes. And each has its own term.

SHIPPING

  • The free shipping offer is available only in the continental United States.
  • Orders shipped to outlying states/areas or international addresses do not qualify free shipping, please contact cs@klaxonoutdoor.com for extra charges..
  • We cannot ship to US territories.
  • We cannot ship to APO,DPO,FPO addresses.
  • Customers from other regions should contact us for purchasing options.
  • Available postal Services are USPS, FedEx, and UPS,
  • A tracking number will be provided for your order once it ships, so please provide a CORRECT email when placing the order.

  • Standard: 10-12 business days
  • Express:– 6-10 business days
  • Build Upon Order Item: We will provide an ETA once the order is approved.
