Most items can be returned within 30 days of the order delivery date. Returns will be refunded within 2-4 business days after they are received. The item(s) must be in its original condition, NEW condition, unused, undamaged, re-sellable, have original tags, packaging (if applicable), and have a Return Authorization #. Original shipping is non-refundable. We are happy to honor requests for price adjustments if your merchandise was purchased at regular price and then reduced within 30 days of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items: Any items marked “Build Upon Order” and customized products, including logos, patterns, printables, and DIY products, are not returnable or covered under any warranty.

How do returns work?

Step 1: Start a Return

• Please note that for any return/exchange package, you MUST contact Klaxon Outdoor’s email cs@klaxonoutdoor.com first for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). We will reply to emails within 24 hours of Chinese business hours.

Step 2: Receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA#)

• We kindly request that customers assume responsibility for return shipping costs after contacting us for an RMA#. However, if the item is defective upon arrival or if an error has occurred on our part, we are more than happy to cover the return shipping costs. Once the process is finalized, an email containing tracking information and a copy of the return label will be sent to you for your records.

Step 3: Package & Ship

• The item(s) must be in its original condition, NEW condition, unused, undamaged, re-sellable, and have original tags and packaging (if applicable). Please remember that if you choose to return the product, you must also return the free gift. We will deduct the item amount from your reimbursement if you decide to keep it. Next, get your package ready to mail back to us! Add your items and tape your package securely. Remove or cover the original shipping label and attach your new return label to the package. Most importantly, Write the RMA number outside of the package. Klaxon Outdoor will discard items sent back without RMA #.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund

• After we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 2-4 business days. You can expect to see your refund credited within 7 to 10 business days to the payment method you used when placing your order.

Order Cancellation Policy(For Build Upon Order items)

Once a build upon order item order is placed, you have two(2) business days to cancel the order. After this period, a 20% cancellation fee will be assessed on any refunds before the order is shipped.
